About the Artist

I graduated from UW-Whitewater with my BFA-Bachelors of Fine Arts degree and Teaching Licensure. I had the honor of speaking at the Spring 2023 Commencement ceremony. I decided to follow my passion of becoming an artist because life is too short to not do something I love. I create art on my personal experience of being a three-time cancer survivor as a way of healing and spreading awareness. I have two loving parents, four supportive siblings, and a dog, Montana. When I am not making art I enjoy reading and writing.
Thank you for taking an interest in my work!

"My continuous goal as an artist is to make myself heard, not necessarily by others, but by myself."

Watch me paint A Paris Dream. I worked on this piece for two weeks over winter in break 2020 using acrylic paint and glazes.
The Betrayal
Progress Video
Watch the long process of me creating The Betrayal out of cardboard, acrylic paint, and lights. I used a band saw, scroll saw, and an Exacto knife to cut out the cardboard.
